Gated Parlor

 

Seats 25

$30 per hour, with a two hour minimum

$20 setup/cleanup fee

 

Studio A

Seats 15

$25 per hour, with a 2 hour minimum

$20 setup/cleanup fee

 

Studio B

Smaller room, rates vary, arrange with Jayne

 

Blackbox Theater

Seats 120

$320 Monday through Thursday - for 4 hours

$450 Friday through Sunday - for 4 hours

$50 an hour for each additional hour

$75 setup/cleanup fee

Non-refundable 30% deposit required to hold date(s), due immediately upon booking.  Until deposit is received, date(s) will remain open

 

OR 50/50 split with $250 minimum per night, $75 setup/cleanup fee

 

Includes:

     1 sound/light technician

     Projector/computer use available

     Ticket sales and collection at the door

     Promotion of event via theater patrons list, Facebook, newsletters 

     and any free community listings with enough advance notice as 

     possible

  

Recording and filming available through third party (additional charges may apply)

 

If you sell food or promotional items, 20% of sales proceeds will go to The Triad Theater
